Effect of transfer to infant

A transfer of a legal estate or legal interest in land to an infant alone, or to two or more persons jointly, both or all of whom are infants, shall, subject to the provisions of this Act relating to undivided shares and joint ownership, vest the legal estate or legal interest in such infant or infants alone or jointly, as the case may be, but the said infant or infants shall not have power to administer, sell, mortgage or dispose of the said estate or interest.
