Power of Chief Justice to make rules

The Chief Justice shall have power to make rules for carrying this Part into effect and, without prejudice to the generality of this section, shall make rules for regulating, (a) the application of the mortgagee or his assignee for obtaining, and the conditions precedent to, the order for sale; (b) subject to this Act, the conditions of sale of the mortgaged property; and (c) any other matter relating to the realisation of the mortgage charge, the recovery of the mortgage money and the disposition of the surplus proceeds. 93
