Interpretation

(1) In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “Agreement” means the Agreement for the establishment of the Caribbean Investment Corporation, set out in the Schedule to this Act; “Corporation” means the Caribbean Investment Corporation established by the Agreement; “Minister” means the Minister responsible for Finance. (2) The reference in Article 30 of the Agreement to the effect that the Corporation shall possess full juridical personality shall be construed as meaning that the Corporation shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession.
