Form of lease

Every lease shall contain, (a) a statement of the date, the names, the addresses and occupations of the parties; (b) the recitals (if any), the operative words, the description of the parcels demised; (c) the duration of the lease; (d) the reservation of the rent or consideration; (e) the further covenants (if any); (f) any provisions for re-entry for non-payment of the rent or other non-observance of (g) the provision for determination of the lease by notice before the expiration thereof (if so intended).
