Power to prescribe forms, fees and costs

The Minister may prescribe, (a) forms for the purposes of this Act; and 52 (b) the fees and costs which are to be demanded and taken in respect of the several matters to be done under this Act, and the Inferior Courts Act, Cap. 94, shall apply to those fees and costs as if they were fees and costs payable under that Act.
