Application of certain provisions to distress for rent exceeding $14,400 per annum

(1) Section 29 (3) and sections 30 to 40 and 57 to 61 of this Act shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to a distress for rent exceeding fourteen thousand four hundred dollars per annum.
