Sale of goods distrained and not replevied

(1) Where any goods or chattels are distrained for any rent reserved and due they shall be set up for sale by public auction at the expiration of five days after the distress, unless the tenant or owner of the goods distrained replevy them as provided in section 34 of this Act. 26 (2) The magistrate may extend the time for setting up the goods and chattels for sale.
