Breaking open place for goods removed

The police officer or bailiff, under warrant and in the presence of the landlord or his agent, may break open in the daytime any place where the goods are locked up or whether they have been fraudulently removed, but if that place is a dwelling house, the landlord or his agent shall first satisfy the magistrate by sworn testimony that there is reasonable ground to suspect that the goods are concealed in it.
