Permitted development
Land Utilization (Monkey River Special Development Area) Regulations, reg. 3 · Revised Edition 2020
The type of development that will be permitted in the Special Development Area declared by regulation 2 above shall be the following or any combination thereof–
(a) agriculture;
(b) tourism; and
(c) wildlife reserve.
