Plans to be drawn on special forms

(1) All plans shall be drawn in waterproof ink on opaque dimensionally stable drawing paper or in appropriate ink on plastic film. Dimensions and layout shall be as the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys may require. forms. (2) Licensed surveyors shall pay to the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys the cost of any plan forms supplied to them by the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys.
