Methods of entering field notes

(1) All observations and measurements shall be recorded clearly and legibly in permanent blue or black ink or in hard pencil, and shall be in such manner as the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys may require. Land Surveyors 25 (2) All entries in field notes shall be so indexed and referenced that any competent person may be able to prepare a true plan therefrom and the entries shall be in such form that they have only one reasonable and correct interpretation.
