When beacons cannot be placed

When the corner of a parcel, the boundaries of which are required to be fixed, fall within inaccessible ground where a beacon cannot be placed, the position of such corner shall be permanently referenced by at least one indicatory beacon placed on a boundary line as near as possible to the corner. The details of the situation shall be indicated on the plan.
