Fees chargeable by Commissioner of Lands and Surveys

(1) The Commissioner of Lands and Surveys shall charge fees for all surveys carried out by the Lands and Surveys Department in accordance with the charges prescribed from time to time by the Minister. (2) The Commissioner of Lands and Surveys shall charge fees in accordance with the charges prescribed in the Second Schedule to these Regulations for the authentication under section 18 of the Act of a plan submitted by a licensed surveyor. Third Schedule. (3) The Commissioner of Lands and Surveys shall charge fees in respect of all documents issued or services rendered by the Lands and Surveys Department in accordance with the charges prescribed in the Third Schedule to these Regulations.
