Authority for entry upon land

(1) In pursuance of sections 14, 15 and 20 of the Act the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys shall furnish to every surveyor an official letter of authority in Form A set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations. First Schedule. (2) Every surveyor shall present his letter of authority to any owner or occupier of land who demands proof that such surveyor is duly authorised to enter upon his lands.
