Grant of licence

(1) The Minister shall, on receipt of the recommendation of the Board for the grant of a licence to any applicant to practice as a surveyor, grant such licence to such applicant in the form Land Surveyors 11 prescribed in the First Schedule and cause his name to be entered in the register of licensed surveyors. (2) There shall be payable to the Accountant-General in respect of the grant of a licence to practice as a surveyor such fee as may be prescribed.
