Authentication of plans

No land shall be considered to have been surveyed or resurveyed until the plan thereof has been registered and 18 Land Surveyors authenticated by the signature of the Commissioner. Such registration and authentication shall be completed as soon as may be after the receipt of the documents in the office of the Commissioner, and in any case not later than thirty days from such date of receipt.
