Validation of acts and documents of Land Tribunals

(1) All acts done by any sitting of a Tribunal shall, notwithstanding that it is afterwards discovered that there was a defect in the appointment or a disqualification of a person purporting to be a member thereof, be as valid as if that defect or disqualification had not existed. (2) Any document purporting to be a document issued by or on behalf of the Chairperson of a Tribunal or by or on behalf of a Tribunal shall, until the contrary is proved, be deemed to be a document so issued.
