In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 1 of the Land Adjudication Act, and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, JOHNNY BRICENO, Minister responsible for lands, do hereby appoint the 20th day of April, 1999, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
