Regulations

(1) The Minister may make regulations for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions and purposes of this Act and for prescribing anything that needs to be prescribed. (2) Any regulations made under subsection (1) of this section shall be laid before the National Assembly as soon as may be after the making thereof and shall be subject to negative resolution.
