Indemnity of officers

No member of the Tribunal or an officer appointed under section 4 of this Act, shall be liable to any action or proceedings in respect of any act or matter in good faith done or omitted to be done in exercise or purported exercise of the powers conferred by this Act or any regulations made thereunder. 22
