Belize C.C. to be Local Authority

The Belize City Council shall be a Local Authority for the purposes of the Housing and Town Planning Act within the limits of the town of Belize, to do all such acts and things as a Local Authority may be empowered or required to do by virtue of, and in accordance with, the provisions of that Act.
