Establishment and maintenance of register

Every scheme shall provide for the establishment and maintenance of a register, in this Part referred to as “the register”, of all such things as are required by this Part to be entered in the register in relation to or for the purposes of such scheme, and shall also provide for the keeping of such register open to public inspection free of charge in a convenient place at all reasonable times.
