Penalty for obstructing execution of this Part

Any person who obstructs a medical officer, sanitary officer, or any officer of the Central Authority, or any person authorised to enter houses, premises or buildings in pursuance of this Part in the performance of anything which such officer, Central Authority, or person is by this Part required or authorised to do commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.
