Acquisition of land, etc., by Central Authority

Where by this Part the Central Authority is authorised to acquire land or buildings, or any estate or interest therein, such acquisition may, subject to this Part, be by way of gift or may be effected by private treaty or compulsorily under the Land Acquisition (Public Purposes) Act, Cap.184. 34
