Privileges of Corporation personnel

All members of the Board of Governors, directors, alternates and senior employees of, and experts performing 5 missions in connection with, the Corporation, its subsidiaries or joint enterprises who are not nationals of Belize, shall be granted work permits and accorded immunities from immigration restrictions, alien registration requirements and national service obligations, to the extent necessary for the efficient functioning of the Corporation.
