Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, “Agreement” means the Agreement establishing the Caribbean Food Corporation, the text of which is set out in the Schedule hereto; “the Corporation” means the Caribbean Food Corporation; “Government” means the Government of Belize; “Minister” means the Minister responsible for Agriculture.
