Respondent to have notice

Unless provided otherwise in this Act, a respondent shall not be bound by an Order or an Interim Order– (a) where he was not present at the time of the making of the Order or the Interim Order; or (b) where the Order has not been served on him personally or in accordance with section 20. 29
