Duration of Orders

(1) An Order made under this Part may be for such period as the Court considers necessary, but shall not exceed three years. (2) Where an Order contains any prohibitions or directions, the Court may specify different periods, none of which shall exceed three years, as the period for which each prohibition or direction shall remain in force.
