The following shall be Contracting States for the purpose of the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child AbductionAustralia Denmark Federal Republic of Germany Ireland Israel Mexico New Zealand Norway MADE by the Minister responsible for social Services this 16th day of September, 1993.
