Performance by magistrate or Senior Justice of the Peace of a void marriage

Every magistrate or Senior Justice of the Peace who knowingly and wilfully performs, or permits to be performed, in his office any marriage in this Act declared to be null and void commits a misdemeanour and on conviction thereof on indictment shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding two years.
