Fee of magistrate, Senior Justice of the Peace or Registrar General for performance of marriage

(1) A fee of ten dollars shall be paid by the parties to the magistrate or Senior Justice of the Peace or the Registrar General for performing any marriage under this Act. (2) All fees received by a magistrate or Senior Justice of the Peace or the Registrar General under this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Revenue Fund. 33
