Power to make regulations

The Minister may, from time to time, by Order published in the Gazette, make regulations, (a) with respect to any matter or thing which under section 47 of this Act may be prescribed; (b) for altering Forms 5 and 6; and (c) generally for carrying into effect sections 47 to 51 of his Act.
