Filing and entry of notice

(1) The magistrate to whom the notice of marriage is given shall forthwith file it with the records of his office, and also enter the particulars thereof in the book to be called the “Marriage Notice Book”, and for each entry there shall be demanded and received a fee of twenty-five cents. (2) The marriage notice book may at any reasonable time be inspected without fee by anyone.
