Undertaking for costs

It shall be a condition of any order appointing a guardian ad litem that the applicant’s Attorney-at-Law, or if the applicant appears in person, the applicant, shall give an undertaking in Form 2 to provide for the proper costs of the person appointed to act as guardian ad litem of the infant.
