Interpretation

(1) In these Rules the following expressions shall have meanings hereby assigned to themCAP. 173. “interim order means an interim order made under section 141 of the Families and Children Act; “person” includes a body of persons; “the applicant” includes either, as well as both, of two joint applicants. (2) A form referred to by number means the form so numbered in the Schedule to these Rules.
