Service of notice

When an appointment for the hearing of the application has been obtained the applicant, or, if the guardian ad litem obtains such appointment, the guardian ad litem, shall serve a 16 Families and Children notice in Form 6 on every person or body whose consent to the adoption order is required under section 4 of the Act.
