Protection of persons who take child into protective custody

No member of the Belize Police Department, or a Social Services Practitioner, or the person designated by the Minister under Regulation 8 above, who takes a child into protective custody to ensure the safety and well-being of the child shall be personally liable in any criminal or civil proceedings for taking the child into protective custody.
