Money to be paid to applicant or custodian

(1) All money payable under a maintenance order shall be due and payable to the applicant unless an order of custody has been made, in which case, the money shall be due and payable to the person having custody of the child. (2) The court may also order that the money shall be paid into court and then paid to the applicant or custodian in a manner and subject to any condition as the court may direct.
