Harmful employment
Cap. 173, s. 7 · Revised Edition 2020
Subject to the provisions of the Labour Act, Cap. 297 and the District Courts (Procedure) Act, Cap. 97, no child shall be employed or engaged in any activity that may be detrimental to his health, education, or mental, physical or moral development.
