Enforcement of exclusion order

(1) Any person who breaches an exclusion order commits an offence and shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of this Act except that the social services practitioner may proceed on behalf of the State against the offender. (2) The Family Court or magistrates court may vary or discharge an exclusion order on the application of the person named in the order or of the child concerned.
