Common External Tariff

(1) The Minister of Finance shall establish a Common External Tariff that shall apply, (a) in respect of goods which do not qualify for Community Treatment as set out in an Order made by the Minister; and (b) subject to such conditions as are set out in the Order. (2) The Minister of Finance may by Order published in the Gazette, (a) suspend or reduce the Common External Tariff applicable to any good imported into Belize; or (b) modify the conditions applicable to goods referred to in paragraph (a).
