Legal Status of the Community

Cap. 17, s. 3 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) Subject to this Act, the Treaty Protocol shall have the force of law in Belize. (2) The Community shall have full juridical personality and, subject to the provisions of the Treaty, section 64 (1) (d) of the Interpretation Act, Cap. 9 shall apply to the Community.
