Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires“Agreement” means, subject to section 7, the Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre, signed at Belize City, Belize on the 4th day of February 2002, the text of which is set out in Schedule I; “Minister” means the Minister responsible for climate change and related matters; “Protocol” means the Protocol on the Provisional Application of the Agreement Establishing the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre, signed at Belize City, Belize on the 5th day of February, 2002, the text of which is set out in Schedule II.
