Court Orders

(1) The judicial authorities of Belize shall, in relation to proceedings, make all judgments and orders, whether final or interim, as are authorized by the Belize Constitution Cap 4. and the laws of Belize. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), orders made by the judicial authorities of Belize in proceedings may include orders giving effect to mutual legal assistance as defined in Article 2(3) of the Treaty.
