Central Authority

Cap. 17:05, s. 5 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The Attorney General shall be the Central Authority for Belize. (2) The Central Authority shall, in executing requests for legal assistance or in transmitting requests for legal assistance to other Competent Authorities, act in accordance with the Belize Constitution Act Cap.4 and the laws of Belize.
