Right of nationals of a Member State in respect of establishment of services and capital

Subject to the provisions of this Act, a national of a Member State shall enjoy– (a) in Belize– (i) (ii) the right to provide a service; and (ii) (b) the right to move capital into and within Belize and out of Belize to other Member States, without discrimination on the ground of nationality.
