Appeals

Where a functionary purports to restrict a person in the exercise of a right granted under section 4 the person aggrieved may, without prejudice to any other remedy, appeal to the Competent Minister for a speedy review of the decision of such functionary. Caribbean Community 26 (Movement of Factors)
