Security exceptions to obligation to remove restrictions

Nothing in this Act shall be construed as preventing the Competent Minister from taking measures to– (a) protect the essential security services of Belize– (i) relating to the supply of services carried out directly or indirectly for Caribbean Community 24 (Movement of Factors) purpose of provisioning a military (ii) in time of war or other public emergency; or (b) discharge the obligations of Belize for the maintenance of international peace and laws.
