Coordination of foreign exchange policies and information exchange

(1) The Competent Minister shall take such measures as may be required to co-ordinate the foreign exchange policies of Belize with those of other Member States in respect of the movement of capital among them and with third States. (2) The Competent Minister shall keep the competent authorities of other Member States informed of significant unusual movements of capital within his knowledge to and from third States.
