Authorisation to facilitate movement of capital

(1) Subject to sub-section (2), the Competent Minister shall, where necessary, grant the authorizations required for the movement of capital mentioned in section 15, on a non- discriminatory basis. (2) Loans intended for state purposes shall require prior notification to the Government of Belize.
